Liderazgo

Hoy conpartirenos en el area del conocimiento un tema importante en nuestras vida, como lo es el liderazgo y ser lider en la vida, desde que nacemos y nos desarrollamos en lo persobal y profesional y en paralelo con lo social y laboral en todo lo que nos rodea. Ahora bien les pregunto el lider nace o se crea. Para muchos nace y para otros se crea, yo le emitiere un porcenteje 50% y 50%, donde existiera para la personal que se ubiquen en cualquiera de los dos aspecto existira una tendencia mayor, recordando que liderazgo son aspectos y caracteristicas que identifican un lider que es la capacidad de una persona influir, siendo gran potencial en el desarrollo de un ser humano:

Desde mi punto de vista y vivencia, les puedo decir que fui un niño muy timido y poco aislado, pero ha medida que fui en desarrollo con mi entorno familiar y la falta de un padre que oriente ha uno, no existio, pero bueno la vida continua y hay que superar los obstaculos de la via y en lo social, pero la fe, el estudio de primaria, diversificada y universitaria, puedo decirle que a nivel del liceo y la independencia que estuve desde los 15 años, inicio el gusto de estar siempre presente y activo en todo mi desarrollo (vida) de mi parte el resultado, es que se crea o se desarrolla el liderazgo, para ser un buen lider:

El lider debe poseer aspectos o caracteristicas que lo identifique, pero se puedo tomar como base los tipos de lider que en los momentos son muchos nombrare alguno como lo son; autoritario, democratico, participativo, paternalista, carismatico, emprendedor, dictador, indiferente, entre muchos otros, aunque sean estos los que ubicamos en los libros e internet, pero son muchisimos mas y por otra parte un lider debe ser motivado, integrador, comunicativo, entre otros;

Desde mi perspectiva sumo otro tipo de lider integral, esto motivado a que un lider, debe tener un porcion de cado uno y poder manejarlos en los momentos que corresponda en las situaciones que se presente y ayudara a tomar decision de una manera muy racional en el desarrollo en la vida.
