Im letzten Redaktionssitzungspost vor Ausgabe №19 müssen wir eine Notfallnachricht ausstrahlen.
Es ist wahr... die HiQ Redaktion hat ihre rich as Fuckness verloren. Ein pfiffiger User, den wir allerdings jetzt noch nicht doxen wollen, hat das DAO System ausgenutzt und in 3 BEE Proposals reingefomot, und somit den DAO Proposal Pool BEE:BEE übelst abused. We are not amused, er hat den Pool abused. (Anm. d. R.: Badumtssssss.) Die BEE DAO Funds wurden, bis eine Lösung für bestehendes Problem gefunden wird, ausgeschaltet.
Aktuell versuchen wir von der Redaktion und dem HIQS Team Schadensreduktion zu betreiben, was uns auch die nächsten Tage sicherlich noch schlaflose Nächte bringen wird. Aber weil wir die smartesten sind, haben wir natürlich einen Plan.
Wir haben bis auf Weiteres vor, nur noch 20 % der normal ausgeschütteten HIQS Token pro Monat herauszugeben. Für die Tokenomics und um die Stabilität des Tokens zu gewährleisten, haben wir bis dato den DAO Fund benötigt, um die erhaltenen BEE als Rewards in den Pool fomoen zu können. Da wir den Pool aber nicht stillstehen lassen wollen, bis die DAO Funds wieder an den Start gehen, haben wir uns überlegt, einen Kanal runter zu zappen und alles ein wenig zu reduzieren. (Anm. d. R.: Und aus eigener Tasche zu bezahlen. anti-LOOL)
Und da kommt ihr ins Spiel. Aus eigener Tasche werden wir vorerst 10 % der üblichen Rewardhöhe in den Pool als Rewards hinzufügen. Zusätzlich werden wir einen Kommentar unter jeden unserer Posts posten, der Spenden für zusätzliche Rewards sammelt. Außerdem könnt auch ihr jederzeit Rewards dem Pool hinzufügen, wenn ihr das Projekt stärken wollt.

In the last editorial meeting post before issue №19, we need to broadcast an emergency message.
It's true... the HiQ editorial office has lost its rich as Fuckness. A "smart" user, who we don't want to dox yet, has exploited the DAO system and has put in 3 BEE proposals, and thus abused the DAO proposal pool BEE:BEE. We don't think it's cool, that he abused the pool. (Editor's note: Badumtssssss.) The BEE DAO funds were switched off until a solution for the existing problem is found.
At the moment, we from the editorial team and the HIQS team are trying to do damage reduction, which will certainly give us sleepless nights for the next few days. But because we are the smartest, we of course have a plan.
For the time being, we plan to issue only 20% of the normally distributed HIQS tokens per month. For tokenomics and to ensure the stability of the token, we have needed the DAO Fund to date to be able to fomo the BEE received as rewards into the pool. But since we don't want to let the pool stand still until the DAO Funds start up again, we thought about zapping down a channel and reducing everything a bit. (Editor's note: And pay for it out of our own pockets. anti-LOOL).
And that's where you guys come to play. Out of pocket, we're going to add 10% of the usual reward amount to the pool as rewards for now. Additionally, we will post a comment under each of our posts collecting donations for additional rewards. Also, you can always add rewards to the pool if you want to strengthen the project.
