It has been quite a while ago that I have joined the @Qurator photo quest, but this weeks subject is just to perfect not to join. Yellow is such a nice colour, especially in summer.
If you check out my most recent posts they all have yellow in them.
I have a lot of flowers in my backyard, but the yellow ones do attract the most insects.
It has been because of Hive that I got more interested in macro photography.
I found some intruiging macro photos from other users and figured out what I had to do to be able to take those detailed shots as well.
This bumblebee was taken with my Canon eos M50 with the kit lens and some macro extension tubes.
I really love the details. So cool to see this furry bumblebee covered in yellow pollen.
And this is where they get attracted to; a yellow Oxeye.
If you want insects and butterflies in your garden; go fund some of these.
