Hi everyone, Hope we are all doing well. There is no doubt we all had a great weak.

I m here with a rendition of a song I love way back as a child when Westlife was mostly on the screens and radios. I eventually found out the song was originally done by another group called the extreme.

The song fits the theme for this weeks hive Open mic, which is Hidden love.

The title of the song is MORE THAN WORDS by Extreme

Yeah its a bit oldschool,but evergreen for me. Please holla if you knew the song too.

As a child I knew what the song meant, that word alone cannot portray love, Words spoken should actually be backed up by actions however, our world has made statements like " I LOVE YOU" to mean almost nothing.

HIDDEN LOVE
I dont think true love can really be hidden, what seem to happen is that it wont be expressed, but it does show.

I have met 2 classes of people.
SOme want to be told they are loved, no matter what, others believe that if you love them, you ll show it beyond just your words.

Read about the 5 love languages from several books, and words of affirmations comes key amongst others like giving and touch, quality time and acts of service.

Love should never be hidden, it should be expressed, and that beyond words.

One of the limitations of love being expressed is unrequited love. People feel ashamed to express love when they are not sure if it will be returned.

Question here is , Does love have to reciprocal? and does it matter if it was expressed?
