Hello hive openmic family this is a new week and I'm glad that we have it to share with one another in healthy mind and a healthy body.
Everyone seems to be affected by the topic of this week which is "emotions".
I'm in a profession where I get the opportunity to share about how important it is to cater for your mind as well as for your body.
The human mind is a bag of emotions and such requires that one minds what goes in and what comes out.
Thought keep revolving around the mind and constantly in brownian motion.
even the holy Bible teaches us to guard our hearts because out of it flows the issues of life.
The importance of this week's theme emotions can never be overstated.
I look forward to sharing my thoughts with as much posts on this theme as I can as well as support them.
