When we speak to someone who DOES NOT know Jesus, generally the first thing we think about is that he has the ability to heal diseases and the like.
Even Jesus himself confirms this desire that he has to heal people who seek him for their healing and we see this very clearly in the Gospels, as is the case of the leper who seeks healing from the Lord.
And behold, a leper came and prostrated himself before him, saying: Lord, if you want, you can cleanse me. Jesus reached out and touched him, saying: I want to; Be clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
Matthew 8: 2-3
I have never read that Jesus has denied to heal someone, it is more: he has resurrected people already dead, as is the example of his best friend Lazarus demonstrating not only his sovereign power, but also his masters and mercy.
Knowing all this, there are people who asked for healing but have never received it and we have a clear example of it:
And he told me: My grace is sufficient for you; because my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore, I will rather boast in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me.
2 Corinthians 12: 9
In many cases we are in the same conditions as the apostle Paul, we do not receive the healing we hope for, perhaps God's silence is the answer that awaits us in those moments.
Many times it is not clear to us why we did NOT receive healing, only God knows why. But there comes into play our faith and trust in God, in the promises in his word, "He always has the best in store for us."
For I know the thoughts that I have about you, says Jehovah, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you the end you hope for.
Jeremiah 29:11

Cuando hablamos a alguien que NO conoce a Jesús generalmente lo primero en lo que pensamos es que tiene la capacidad para sanar las enfermedades y afines.
Aún Jesús mismo nos confirma este deseo que tiene de sanar a las personas que le buscan por su sanidad y esto lo vemos bien claro en los evangelios como es el caso del leproso que busca la sanidad departe del Señor.
Y he aquí vino un leproso y se postró ante él, diciendo: Señor, si quieres, puedes limpiarme. Jesús extendió la mano y le tocó, diciendo: Quiero; sé limpio. Y al instante su lepra desapareció.
Mateo 8:2-3
Nunca he leído que Jesús ha negado sanar a alguien, es mas: ha resucitado a personas ya muertas, como es el ejemplo de su mejor amigo Lázaro demostrando no solo su poder soberano, también su amos y misericordia.
Sabiendo todo esto, hay personas que le pidieron sanidad pero nunca lo han recibido y tenemos un claro ejemplo de ello:
Y me ha dicho: Bástate mi gracia; porque mi poder se perfecciona en la debilidad. Por tanto, de buena gana me gloriaré más bien en mis debilidades, para que repose sobre mí el poder de Cristo.
2 Corintios 12:9
En muchos casos nosotros estamos en las mismas condiciones que el apóstol Pablo, no recibimos la sanidad que esperamos, quizás el silencio de Dios es la respuesta que nos espera en esos momentos.
Muchas veces No nos queda claro porqué es que NO recibimos la sanidad, sólo Dios sabe la razón. Pero allí entra en juego nuestra fe y confianza en Dios, en las promesas en su palabra, "Siempre tiene reservado lo mejor para nosotros".
Porque yo sé los pensamientos que tengo acerca de vosotros, dice Jehová, pensamientos de paz, y no de mal, para daros el fin que esperáis.
Jeremías 29:11
