Hello everyone!
Almost every day I always confused to cook for lunch or dinner, sometimes I often feel bored because I only cook a monotonous menu. Limited food ingredients are often an obstacle, because where I live is far from the city, so food ingredients are limited. For that I always think hard so as not to get bored and make my husband happy. Moreover, we both love to eat and food is the most important thing every day.

Every day I shop at the shop near my house. He sells various kinds of fish, vegetables and fruit to meet the needs of the local community in need. The shop is quite complete providing a variety of fish, chicken and eggs. In fact, he also sells various chicken carcasses, chicken feet and chicken skins.

This morning my husband said he wanted to make food from chicken feet. He is a chicken claw lover, he said the chicken feet are very tasty, especially when the bones are very soft when cooked for a long time. So I thought to make a menu like in my favorite restaurant.

So, there is a restaurant that has a menu of chicken feet. I forget the name of the menu, but for sure I know the taste very well. I will name this recipe with spicy chicken feet dimsum.

It's really strange this food, using chicken feet and made into delicious food. Usually many people will probably never glance at chicken feet and make them food. I used to not like chicken feet either. I find it very disgusting to eat chicken feet. As you know, chickens only use 2 legs to walk and scavenge the ground, right?

But that paradigm was immediately lost because of the menu from my favorite restaurant. The yummiest chicken feet ever, so I always like chicken feet food, even if it's only in soup.

This recipe is very simple, I also use the ingredients that I have. Curious about this recipe? Let's look at the following recipe. Check this out!

Btw, this is a recipe that I made myself with various experiences. This makes me proud to make this delicious recipe. If you want it delicious, you can add Angkak, giving it a sweet addition and a good red color. As a substitute for Angkak dye which I don't have, I cursed dry ground chilies. So the color also looks very good.
