Communication is very important in every areas of life , it matters in everything including family, relationships, business , and the society as a whole..
But this time I want to talk about communication with our younger ones , how well do we know them?? How close are we too them?? Are we good friends with them?? Are they free to express their worries to us?? Can they trust us?? Can they talk to us without feeling scared??can they gladly share their secrets and problems with us??
We need to be able to find the positive answers to those questions , we need to always learn how to become friends to those kids , we should be able to communicate well with them and be able to get them to trust us enough to talk to us about whatever that is bothering them..
There are alot of kids who are experiencing different from abuses and they are scared of speaking out , some are even willing to speak out but they do not have the right people or parent or guardian that they can talk to , some of these kids are even not emotionally connected to their loved ones because of fear and various factors..
We need to be friends to them ,we need to treat them in a way that will make them to be bold and happy to tell us their worries and pains and whatever they are going through, this helps to increase the bond you have with them and also it would help you to be detect an abuse whenever the kids are experiencing it , you need to treat the kids as your best friends , they need to see you as their very good friend that they can always confide in and talk to..
There are so many evil people who take advantage of these kids , if more kids are able to speak up then we will be able to increase the success rate of stopping those abusers , but those kids need us to be able to speak up , we need to encourage the kids to speak up whenever they experience any form of abuse..we need to communicate more with our kids , we need to create time for them , of course I know sometimes we are too busy that we do not even have time for the family , but the truth is , YOU SHOULD NEVER ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE TOO BUSY FOR YOUR FAMILY AND LOVED ONES , THEY NEED YOU NOW THAN EVER...
They are our world.
