Today our office is closed for Eid. I will be able to enjoy some great moments together with my family for the next one week or so. However, working in today's office had to endure a lot of pressure. Since today was the last working day, the work pressure was high. A lot of work has to be done and a lot of things have to be done. But to be honest, the pressure was not just for me, but everyone in the office was very busy today.
And since I'm new, I feel a little more pressure, but I'm trying to do things with a lot of enjoyment. However, life means pressure, so I don't think too much about it. I try to enjoy life as much as possible and try to accept everything.
Today I will share with you a different recipe that tastes great. You must remember that whenever I get a chance I try to cook delicious food and try to enjoy it with the whole family. The contented moments of family members delight me immensely, so I try to do the dishes with special care. In the meantime I have shared with you many recipes with such flavors, which are popular in our country and traditionally local.
Today I will share with you Malabar spinach cooking, we cook it in a special way in shortcut, which is known as bhaji in our country. So today I will share with you the method of how to make Malabar spinach more flavorful easily. It won't take much time to make, but it will taste great during meals. In our country we usually prefer to eat this fry with hot rice. Although many people like to eat this fried food with bread.
Cooking Ingredients:
- Malabar spinach
- Onions
- Raw peppers
- Dried pepper
- Garlic
- Salt
- Oil.
Preparation of cooking:
At first I cleaned the vegetables well because in many cases the presence of many unwanted things can be noticed in the vegetables. So I cleaned and chopped the vegetables.
Then I put a pan in the oven and heated it, put some oil in it, after the oil got hot I added dried chillies, then I chopped garlic then I gave raw chillies and chopped onion. I fried them all well.
Then I crushed the cleaned Malabar spinach in between and added salt to it and covered it with a lid for some time. After the Malabar spinach was boiled, I removed the lid.
Then remove the lid and shake the Malabar spinach a little better, cook for a while longer and cook until the vegetables are cooked through.
Our Malabar spinach has become a simple and great flavored fried dish, it looks like I am going to eat it again because it is one of my favorite vegetables.
