Busy evenings make me cook dishes in 30 minutes or less recipes from start to finish. I am a huge fan of stir-fries, from meat stir-fries to vegetable stir-fries, I can never get enough. I'm not a vegetarian but I always have 1-to 2 fasting days a week to make sure my body is cleansed. In my recipe, no fancy ingredients are needed, you can use any veggies you have on hand, this recipe is vegan and perfect for those who want to lose weight. Stir-frying is a cooking technique that originated in China where the base ingredients are oil and something and they are quickly sautéed over high heat. This dish is a blend of colorful veggies cooked in a sweet oyster sauce.
Served over hot rice this simple vegetarian stir fry is a fresh meal that is ready to be eaten in 25 mins. Whether you eat them alone or as a side dish, everyone in your family will love this dish.

Rinse all ingredients before cooking. Cut the tofu into long thin cubes, put the tofu in a non-stick pan, and fry until the tofu is golden on both sides (about 10 minutes). Slice the carrots into thin 5-petaled florets. Cut mushrooms into 4 equal parts.Rửa sạch tất cả các nguyên liệu trước khi nấu. Cắt đậu hũ thành những khối dài mỏng, cho đậu hũ vào chảo chống dính chiên cho đến khi đậu hũ vàng đều hai mặt (khoảng 10 phút). Thái cà rốt thành những bông hoa mỏng 5 cánh. Cắt nấm thành 4 phần bằng nhau.
