At Cape Verde that's always time for surfing, windsurfing, winging, or kiting !!! These are a few exemple of pictures that I'm happy to take in this country. Most of them come from island of Sal and Boa Vista. These guys are really incredible and most of them unknown. I learn a lot just looking at them !
