Even a non-artist, even a child, can cope with this technique. Here the main thing is not the structure, but the main thing is fantasy. With this drawing technique, you can determine how developed your imagination is.
How to draw scribble art? Everything is simple!
The first is to prepare a sheet of paper or a sketchbook and a simple pencil. Why do you need to draw with a simple pencil at the first stage? So that after you recognize objects in the lines, you can remove the extra lines with an eraser.
We draw random lines.
Next is a matter of fantasy. You need to look for objects in the lines.

We remove the extra lines, we add the necessary ones.
Next, paint the art. I painted with watercolor pencils, thanks to them the art turns out bright, as I like.
