How to Make Milo Peanut Cookies

So, today Ema and I will share a very simple and inexpensive cookie recipe. For those of you who are lazy to go out to buy snacks, maybe this snack can be your choice at home with your lover or friend. I use chocolate milk with the Milo brand as the main ingredient to make this snack, you can replace it with other brands available in your country. well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make these cookies are very simple, cheap and you can get at the nearest supermarket. The first ingredients you have to prepare are milo sachets, cocoa powder, salt, margarine, salt, sugar and nuts. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making Milo Peanut Cookies.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a small bowl and put 1 egg into the bowl. then, what you have to do next is stir the eggs using a mixer until the eggs expand.

the second step, after you have stirred the egg until it expands, now add 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar into the egg that you have stirred until it expands. Next, mix the dough again until the sugar dissolves evenly.

the third step, after you have stirred until the sugar dissolves evenly, now all you have to do is put 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and 2 sachets of Milo into the dough. then, mix the dough using a spatula until the milo and cocoa powder are well mixed with the dough.

the fourth step, after the milo and cocoa powder have been mixed well with the dough, now add the roasted peanuts to the dough. You can also use other nuts such as almonds and cashews according to your wishes. Next, knead the dough again using a spatula until the nuts are well mixed with the dough.

the fifth step, after you have kneaded the dough until the nuts are well mixed with the dough, now add pieces of chocolate bars into the dough according to your wishes or you can also add choco chips to the dough. stir the mixture again until everything is well blended.

the sixth step, after you have stirred until well mixed, now prepare the oven pan and put the parchment paper on the oven pan or you can also put baking paper. after that, put the dough one by one on the parchment paper according to your wishes like the photo above.

the last step, after you have put the dough on the oven pan until it is finished, now all you have to do is prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 5 minutes. after the oven has been heated, now put the oven tin into the oven and bake the dough at a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 15 to 20 minutes depending on the oven you use.
