A Walk on Mars.

On this occasion, NASA offers us a walk through the landscapes of the red planet, thanks to the images and data taken by the Perseverance rover.

Perseverance or perseverance landed on Mars on February 18, 2021. In this video, NASA points out to us along the way the most outstanding aspects of the Martian panorama captured thanks to the rover's Mastcam-Z instrument.

In the images we can see the mountains that form the rim of the crater, the remains of the old delta of a river that, eye to the data, could still keep signs of ancient life, you can also see in the images volcanic rocks and boulders probably brought to the place by the river that in a distant past, millions of years ago ran through the area.

The enhanced color panorama was created from images taken on November 28, 2021, the color enhancement exaggerates small changes in color from one place to another in the scene, making it easier for the science team to use their daily experience to interpret the landscape, a curiosity that must be taken into account if one day you are on the surface of Mars and that is that at noon the Martian sky would not look blue but pink.
