POB-FOOD : We Prepared Delicious Chicken Malai Tikka

Me and my sister in law often tries preparing me dishes for our family together. YouTube is really a nice source and you can find almost any recipe there.

We recently were looking for some new dishes on YouTube we can prepare and we came across a recipe of Chicken Malai Tikka.

We then decided to go on with preparing chicken malai tikka and so I asked my hubby to bring boneless chicken from the market and amul fresh cream as they both were needed for preparing chicken malai tikka.

So after he bought those for us we started preparing it and below you can see the chicken been mixed up with required spices.

After marinating chicken properly we have to cook it on open fire , this is the main thing that brings the taste of chicken malai tikka for which it is known for.

Originally this must be cooked on burning charcoal but as we were not having that in our house we tried this alternative method for preparing it.

After coming then properly on burning flame ,we cook it for as long we see little blackish dots on the side of chicken pieces.

After this we just have to give it the final touch and serve it to our family. So for that we use Amul fresh cream and butter and mix it with prepared chiken tikka.

We eat this with chapati and also onion and a green sauce that you see below is the sauce is mint.
