For a walk!

When the environment changes, it is customary to change accordingly, I may need a few more days to fully adjust.
I haven't been posting around #wednesdaywalk ever before, even tho long ago @coloneljethro proposed to me once as I was rambling about how I don't have time to sneak and lurk around.

Now that I am largely surrounded by nature and all its nuances, I try to stretch my legs at least once a day to the lake.

Lake at the very city center? Yes! Yes! Yes! Admittedly artificial, but who cares this is my central park, considerably smaller than that of Manhattan but nothing less visited.

Very often you can see enthusiastic fishermen waiting tirelessly for prey. Since the city is smaller, it’s not hard to find someone for a morning chat (everyone knows everyone), except me and I am enjoying that advantage.

On one side of the lake is a thick shade with scattered benches around it, made up of various types of trees and plants. I know how it sounds but I don't remember seeing the fruit grow outside someone's property.

So yeah, I got amazed just with a simple pear tree.

Do you ever get thrilled about some random outdoor view?
This one just confirmed to me I made the right decision about moving.

Bikes, on each corner a bike! The second thing I like the most here is the daily use of bicycles instead of cars. It is a nice trail around the lake, especially for youngsters who are about to learn to drive.

Another side of the lake is less green and shady, not recommended for "easily burn in the sun" peeps. I had no bad intentions with the fountain just to freshen this dude up a bit.

Gazebo, bell as a salvation when you find yourself on this side.
Sitting in the middle of the lake with a fine breeze messing up with your hair, hidden from the sun's rays.
It's awkward that people mostly avoid using it if it's already "busy", even if there is enough room for at least ten souls.

A bottle of water is a must nowadays here since the summer strikes in and the lake is not recommended for swimming.

I got tan to my elbows, indeed have to reconsider my dress code for the next walk.

Thanks for reading, walking, and exploring new surroundings with me (:
