Last year I had the opportunity to get to know the Istanbul airport. I can assure you that it is really impressive.
El año pasado tuve la oportunidad de conocer el aeropuerto de Estambul. Puedo asegurar que es realmente impresionante.
The pandemic forced me to take a flight by a longer route and today I have no regrets. Otherwise, I would not have been able to see this spectacular facility.
La pandemia me obligó a tomar un vuelo por una ruta más larga y hoy no me arrepiento. De no ser así, no hubiera podido conocer estas instalaciones tan espectaculares.
The airport was designed as one of the largest in the world. It currently receives 150 million passengers a year and is to be expanded to 200 million.
El aeropuerto fue diseñado como uno de los más grandes del mundo. En la actualidad recibe 150 millones de pasajeros al año y lo van a ampliar a 200 millones.
My only regret is that I was not able to stay and see the city, although I hope to do so someday.
Lo único que lamento es no haber podido quedarme a conocer la ciudad, aunque espero poder hacerlo algún día.
