Hello my dear Motherhood Community, today I wanted to come to talk a little about children's recreation which must be present in the life of every infant, since the emotional and social well-being of the child depends on it.
Entiéndase por recreación infantil el conjunto de actividades que ponemos en práctica durante los tiempos libres de nuestros pequeños a través del juego.
Children's recreation is understood as the set of activities that we put into practice during our children's free time through play.
La importancia de la recreación infantil se encuentra basada en el sano entretenimiento y aprendizaje de los niños, debemos de mantener presente que a través de los juegos y actividades recreativas el niño aprende, se divierte y también fortalece algunas áreas de su vida, como lo es la parte de autoestima, seguridad en sí mismo, socialización con otros niños de su edad o de su entorno familiar entre otros.
The importance of children's recreation is based on the healthy entertainment and learning of children, we must keep in mind that through games and recreational activities the child learns, has fun and also strengthens some areas of his life, such as self-esteem, self-confidence, socialization with other children of his age or family environment among others.
A través de la recreación los niños llevan a cabo actividades de simulación, las cuales más adelante pudiesen estar presentes en sus vidas, tal es el caso de los niños que le gustan jugar a los doctores, maestros, abogados u otra profesión, en la cual más adelante se pudiesen ver inmersos en ella, ya que poco a poco a través del juego se despierta la curiosidad, el amor y la pasión por aprender cada vez más sobre un determinado tema.
Through recreation, children carry out simulation activities, which later could be present in their lives, such is the case of children who like to play doctors, teachers, lawyers or other professions, in which they could later be immersed in it, since little by little through the game awakens curiosity, love and passion to learn more and more about a certain subject.
También nos encontramos con estos pequeños que juegan a la casita y el niño se define como el papá la cabeza de familia y la mujer como la mamá, la que cuida y pasa mayor tiempo con sus niños en casa, así de esta forma el niño se está definiendo dentro de una sociedad.
We also find these little ones playing house and the child is defined as the father, the head of the family, and the woman as the mother, the one who takes care of and spends the most time with her children at home, so in this way the child is defining him/herself within a society.
En mi condición de mamá de mi única hija Nicole, siempre he estado atenta a que cuente con una sana recreación, es por ello que nos hemos programas casi todos los fines de semana a salir, ir a las plazas a patinar, montar bicicleta, conversar, comparar algunos ambientes, contarnos historias, comer helados, hamburguesas, visitar a sus abuelas, a sus primos, ya sabiendo cuando importante y nutritivo es el que ella pueda contar con una sana y oportuna recreación en su etapa infantil.
As the mother of my only daughter Nicole, I have always been attentive to her having a healthy recreation, that is why we have scheduled almost every weekend to go out, go to the squares to skate, ride bikes, talk, compare some environments, tell stories, eat ice cream, hamburgers, visit her grandmothers, her cousins, knowing how important and nutritious it is that she can count on a healthy and timely recreation in her childhood.
