Sometimes we wake on the wrong side of the bed, pick a fight with a close friend or relative, and then struggle to commit to a job we don't enjoy.
With all this negative energy flying around, it could be very easy for us to forget the most important thing in health maintenance, and that is smiling.
Whether you call it a grin, smirk, beam or smile, there’s no denying the feel-good power of this happy facial expression.
And by choosing to smile, happy changes start to occur automatically to you, both internally and externally.
Research has shown that children tend to smile more often, having a average smile of 400-500 times in a day. While the average adult smiles 40-50 times a day.(a typical adult has only about 20 smiles in a day).

Why is smiling important? Smiling not only offers a mood boost but helps our bodies release cortisol and endorphins that provide numerous health benefits, including: reduced pressure, Increased endurance, reduced pain, reduced stress, and strengthened immune system.
Studies have also shown that smiling increases your chances of being more likable, attractive, competent, and more productive. It also shows that,

So, choose to be happy, smile, and generate positive energy, even a fake smile helps, all you need is a quick second smile that forces your facial muscles to be happy, and your mind will follow. A great power lies in a random smile, so long as you choose to smile, share it with the world.
