Good morning fellow hivers,today I would like to share with us something very important as regards our income and expenditures.

Firstly an income is the money you earn by working, whether offline or online.

One can earn on a daily, weekly or monthly basis,you can earn by selling a product to others or by rendering services to be paid in exchange for your time and hardwork.

Our focus today as regards our income would be on "Spending".

With the way the economy is especially in my country Nigeria,you would tell so much that most of the times,what we earn is not measureable with the kind of expenses and bills one needs to meet up with, except for those in politics or those in power who have so much money that they don't even need to work to be able to take care of themselves.

Things have gone so bad that everyday prices of items in the market keeps going up and then salaries are not increasing,you would see someone that has been working for over 10-15 years maintaining the same salary figure over these years,even if there was to be an increase,it wouldn't even be more than five thousand naira (10$) which is not encouraging at all.

The only way for one to get out of the mess is to carefully plan one's income and expenditures to be made,taking out proper time to look into things that are most pressing and things that can wait till some other time.

In my next blog,I would be sharing the most important factors one needs to consider to be able to manage your income without necessarily having to run yourself into debts that obviously you would struggle to pay.
