Hello friends of this very entertaining community, where @galenkp is always with his increasingly surprising initiatives, I laughed imagining all the occurrences that they are going to write to him after these forced feet that he gives us hehehe. In my case I have decided to complete the sentence "I don't understand people who..."
Well yes, I don't understand people who shout or speak loudly to assert their opinion, ufff it is something that worries me a lot and takes away my spirit and desire to have a conversation with this type of person.

It is true that when we get excited about certain topics, sometimes we raise our voices a little, we get excited
a lot to expose some criteria and we always want to involve those around us with our theme and line of thought, I understand, that's how we Latinos and Caribbeans are, but that's not what I mean.

But when someone yells or raises their voice a lot because you don't agree with their point of view, it puts me in a really bad mood, so much so that I feel totally uninterested in explaining why I don't agree. I always think that from the moment you have to start screaming to be right, you've already lost it. I am faithful to a chorus of a song that I heard when I was a teenager that said "No, don't yell at me, that's why there is no more reason in what you say" , whenever I am presented with a similar situation, I think of it because there is no phrase that you consider most appropriate.

Many people get exasperated and speak loudly when they think they are right without realizing that speaking in a normal tone or even lower calls the attention of their interlocutor, because you have to pay more attention to understand what they say, it is the mechanism that always I use and it has given me very good results. When someone shouts, I speak softly, then the other person feels obliged to lower their tone and that is when the understanding or agreement of both parties is achieved.

Well friends here I leave my participation in this weekend's initiative. I say goodbye not without first wishing you all a nice weekend, see you.
