what is Bastyon? lets Explore Bastyon 💻👽

The website that I am going to explore today is bastyon it is like hive blockchain it is also a blockchain-based social media platform. But a bit slow as compared to #hive 😅, and that is really true. you will feel that if you will log in to that.
I did join that platform today and I will share what I did learn today.

What is Bastyon?

Bastyon is an innovative social network and video sharing platform. Unlike the mainstream social networks, there is no corporation behind it, it is based on the Bitcoin model. Bastyon is an open-source project run by a team of developers and experts, and its goal is to provide a community-moderated platform where the freedom of speech is seriously respected.

Bastyon website is based upon crypto called Pkoin is worth $1.33 USD it is more valuable than hive right now😅 and the All-time high was all almost $6 USD. that is really great to see.

Bastyon is pretty simple to use: you just have to create an account and you can immediately start posting content, follow other users and chat.

you have just chosen a unique user name and there is an option for email that is not even mandatory you will get a unique 12-words key (passphrase).
Why there is no password

Remember: if you lose your passphrase, your account is locked forever. There is no way to restore the password, there is no way for Bastyon to let you log in again

same as we are used to on #hive that is pretty cool you should try that it is a busy social media just like a hive.

Limit of posting:

yes, there is a limit of that you can post max 5 posts in a day and if your reputation will grow you will sure get benefits same as the hive.

How to earn and grow reputation :

it is the same as hive but there are some rules to each that and that is not really that complex you can understand that easily. you will only earn reputation or coin if the user who upvoted your post has a reputation of more than 50.

goto your profile > manage > reputation.

to be noted :
To become a top user you need to have a valid reputation. It requires at least 100 different people with top reputation to upvote your content (after 3 months this requirement is relaxed to 30). The second requirement is minimum 100 overall reputation.

you can't explore more profiles of another user there are restrictions it is not like hive it is open source maybe it will be developed soon.

There are some achievements columns just like hivebuzz have it is good to encourage users to track their progress.

on the wallet section, you can see how many tokens you have, this was on my wallet by default I think is what all of the users did get for free.

Limitations :

yes, there is a daily limit if you want to increase your reputation and increase your limit then you have to buy at least 50 PKOIN to have a valid reputation that will surely help you to grow fast.

if you will read the your today limit you will get this error, it means you have to wait for at least 24 hours to restore your power again if you make one post a day the power you have will be more than enough.

we all did face problems at the beginning and there are sure solutions to resolve that indeed.
