Greetings to the entire #hiveopenmic family. I hope you had a nice week. This week, I thought long and hard about finding music that fits the theme of "Doing The Work", week 115 of the ensemble. However, I couldn't find any music that I thought was exactly appropriate. However, I have prepared for you a piece of music that those who like to listen to Turkish Folk Music and especially deyis (Alevi Sufi music) like to perform with baglama. The name of this saying is “The snow on these mountains will not melt this year”. He touches the depths of our souls with his magnificent voice, the words of which were written by the lover of god Pir Sultan Abdal and composed by the folk poet Feyzullah ÇINAR.

There is a song we've been listening and having fun lately with my partner @/esperanzac. The author is the cuban trovadour Faustino Oramas and the song is Felix Solano.

The theme is about this guy who always finds an excuse to avoid work.

How are you readers of the community, yesterday, Saturday 25th June, we managed in record time to hold the second exhibition in the recreational and sports park El Samán. This time we did everything from the basics to advanced calisthenics and the barre manoeuvres, showing them that they can also practice this sport with just effort and dedication. It was a really super amazing day for us where we loved the public that came to us to see this sport, along with the shouts of encouragement to the athletes in maneuvers and also to those who were taken as participants to teach them the basics of calisthenics of calisthenics.

This lesson is is presented in English-Spanish as it's directed to that audience yet all the material is en english and spanglish is used as you can at the same time understand a bit if you're not a spanish Speaker. Hello friends of HIVE OPEN MIC, today for the "Doing the Work" theme, a phrase that indicates taking steps towards self-healing, I wanted to show you "El Merengue de los Colores" which was written trying to give a beneficial message about leaving sorrows behind, the dance and the positive thoughts cheer us up. The music was made by Andrés Frómeta with his musical project Zoom Soon Bao especially so that I could write the lyrics and sing it.

I got up very early at 5:30 am and it had just rained, but since the rain stopped, I decided to do my training that I hadn't done for two weekends because I had a bit of the flu and allergies.
