Hello young adults, we continue to exercise in order to improve our physical, mental and emotional health. Today we will perform four simple exercises to strengthen the shoulders, legs and ankles. This routine is designed with the purpose of gaining strength, increasing muscle mass, toning, gaining endurance, improving our posture, balance and coordination.

Today I share with you this routine of 5 exercises to work the abdomen, of course knowing that we will not lose fat in a localized way only by the abs. But they do help to strengthen the area along with a good diet.

For my part I decided to train abs at least 3 times a week, maybe 2 days added to another routine, for example legs or buttocks, and although this has not been the best week, because I have the kids sick and even the husband, here we go, giving me 30 minutes a day, because otherwise I go crazy😂😂 I hope you are encouraged to do it💪💪💪
