La escucha activa, todo lo que la persona te comparte cerca de lo que siente es muy importante para el/ella, al escucharlo tendrás una mayor y mejor conexión.
Transmitir calidez es necesario para que la otra persona se sienta cómoda.
Demostrar seguridad al hablar permitirá que la persona confíe en ti y esto lo logras primero creyendo en ti.
