Collaborative work we are talking about the type of work with characteristics that are very different from group work and many other modalities of any organization and are the following:

It is based on a relationship of interdependence of the members of the group, in this way the achievement of the objectives affects all members.
There is a clear responsibility on the part of each one of the members of the group to reach the final goal.
When collaborative work groups are formed, it is heterogeneous in terms of ability, in terms of the characteristics of the members, and in opposition. In conventional learning, these groups can be said to be more homogeneous.
In the actions of the entire group, all members have their share of responsibility.
The responsibility of each member of the group is shared and the achievement of the objectives is pursued by carrying out the tasks.
This type of collaborative work demands from each of the group participants great communication skills, reciprocal relationships and the great desire to share the resolution of each of the tasks.

El trabajo colaborativo estamos hablando del tipo de trabajo con características muy diferencia del trabajo de grupo y de muchas otras modalidades de cualquier organización y son las siguientes:

Se basa en una relación de interdependencia de los miembros del grupo, de esta manera el alcance de los objetivos afecta a todos los miembros.
Existe una responsabilidad bien clara por parte de cada uno de los miembros del grupo para alcanzar la meta final.
Cuándo se forman los grupos de trabajo colaborativo, esta es heterogénea en cuanto a la habilidad, en cuanto a la característica de los miembros, y en oposición. En el aprendizaje convencional de estos grupos si se puede decir que son más homogéneos.
En las acciones de todo el grupo todos los miembros tienen la cuota de responsabilidad que les corresponde.
La responsabilidad de cada miembro del grupo es compartida y se persigue el logro de los objetivos mediante la realización de las tareas.
Este tipo de trabajo colaborativo demanda de cada uno de los participantes del grupo grandes habilidades comunicativas, relaciones recíprocas y el gran deseo de compartir la resolución de cada una de las tareas.
