Hello Dreamers,
I'm pleased to say I didn't dream about spiders again (Thank God) but the dream I did have wasn't very nice at all. It made me feel uncomfortable and unliked for no reason at all. Also it took me forever to get to sleep. I went to bed about 10:30pm but I was awake til well past midnight. It didn't matter how much I tried to relax, nothing seemed to work. Of course I woke up at 5:30am and again at 6:30am. Then I woke and it was after 8am! I felt knackered. Here is my dream.
Tuesday 9th November 2021
I dreamed about people in the workout group and there was one man who seemed to doubt everything I was doing with a particular workout. I believe it was something to do with doing high knees or something. I think he was questioning my time and that. wasn't doing it properly. I said to him I was doing it as per the instructions on the app but he didn't seem to believe me. Next thing there were more people from the workout group there and they were all standing around me. I felt like I was being picked on as everyone had that 'mean girls' look on their face. I started to feel like people were hating me for something I haven't done. Then I remember seeing my social media followers rapidly decrease and I knew it had something to do with these people.
I always seem to dream about working out or something to do with working out when I have a huge challenge ahead of me the next day. Needless to say that didn't happen today with the lack of sleep I had. Maybe I'm having these sorts of dreams because I put too much pressure on myself to perform well.
