Winter Recipe: Vegetable Khichuri 🥗

Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Vegetables Khichuri"*


Ingredients:

Cauliflower
Beans
Carrots
Potato
Rice
Paulse
Onion
Green chili
Turmeric powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Salt
Oil

Process:

Take a pan. Put in the stove. Add oil. Then put onion there. Fry and get a golden brown color. Add bay leaves. Then add rice and paulse. Fry for 10 minutes. Then add required water. Water to cook rice. Then add all the spices and vegetables. Get boiled until water half shocked. Then cover and cook. Make the flame low. Cook for 20 minutes. Garnish with coriander leafs and serve in a dish.

Serve in the lunch.
