Desde hace algún tiempo he venido trabajando con algunos temas que me han ayudado a entender sobre la importancia que tiene la pasión, pero no solo vista desde el deseo por encontrar lo que nos gusta hacer en la vida, sino de la pasión que se siente cuando nos entregamos sin miedos, sin límites y experimentamos grandes sensaciones de deseos, que permite se convierta en poder ese que apasiona, enamora y embriaga.
La pasión es más que una emoción
La pasión es poder, porque para los apasionados la entrega es completa, se siente en la sangre, se vive con adrenalina y permite que se intensifiquen los sentidos, así como se disfruta de una gloriosa comida, por ello, ver la vida con pasión nos permite enamorarnos cada día de todo aquello que hacemos intensamente y esto a su vez nos permite encontramos a nosotros mismos.
La pasión la encontramos en cada cosa que hacemos, cuando logramos sentir pasión comienza un proceso ingenioso de ideas que solo surgen cuando experimentamos tal efecto.
Particularmente pienso que la pasión, va más allá de las emociones, porque ésta puede ser más duradera, pero sobre todo muy intensa, lo que permite un gran movimiento interno que puede hacer cambiar todo en nuestro ser. Es como esa luz que ilumina nuestros pensamientos, pero que también motiva e impulsa, de allí que la pasión sea considerada como un poder, ya qué al experimentar pasión tenemos el poder de sentirnos fortalecidos en lograr lo que nos hace feliz, pero sobre todo lo que nos define y diferencia como seres humanos.
Escribir apasionadamente
Al escribir estas letras, me invitan a pensar lo maravilloso que es escribir y poder transmitir una idea, que sinceramente me produce grandes y diferentes estallidos de emoción. Siento que soy una mujer apasionada, cuando me intereso por algún tema o por hacer algo, porque simplemente lo llevaré hasta el final hasta lograr los mejores resultados. Por ello, vivir con pasión es una grandiosa forma de experimentar la vida, porque siempre se vive con cierta adrenalina, que hace transpirar buena energía.
Me encantaría compartir con ustedes, un poco de lo que amo y de como lo he logrado. No se trata de una receta, tan solo es una ruta posible para acercarte a tus sueños, con aires de pasión.
Un camino posible
Gran parte de la experiencia que he adquirido, ha sido por mi parte académica, pero también debo sumarle a mi forma atrevida y hasta temeraria de ver la vida.
Desde niña aprendí que si deseaba algo, debía luchar por él, y luchar significaba ser estratega, crear mis propias ideas y plasmarlas para luego evaluar el resultado, además la frase "No puedo" no entraba dentro de mis excusas, ya que mis padres, siempre me decían, encuentra el camino y la solución, es allí donde encontré uno de mis primeros talentos y es el reconocimiento del valor que tenía mi interior, para lograr visualizar aquello que deseaba. Pero no solo llega allí, sino la gran oportunidad de reconocer el talento en otros, lo que me ha permitido ser un medio de apoyo tanto para personas conocidas, como desconocidos.
Ejercicio de reconocimiento
Reconocer el talento que tenemos, es una parte fundamental de lo que hacemos es gracias a nuestros talentos, y en ocasiones no los reconocemos o no le damos mucha importancia, pero esto no debe ser, porque todos tenemos un talento del cual sentirnos orgullosos. La diferencia estará, en lo que deseas hacer con él, si mantenerlo en calma o explotarlo para mostrárselo al mundo. Es aquí donde puedo brindarte algunas ideas, para exteriorizar ese talento y darle fortaleza.
Haz el siguiente ejercicio, escribe una lista de lo que pienses son tus talentos, luego lee esta lista en voz alta e indica con cuales te identificas más, con esta nueva lista, ahora piensa con cuál te sientes más cómodo para desarrollar de forma pública. Y de esta segunda selección entonces comienza soñar, no le pongas límites a esos sueños, déjalos fluir y con el que más sientas que la energía se identifica mucho mejor, entonces con ese talento escúlpelo como el mejor diamante.
Los talentos se cuidan, también se cultivan, pero para todo lo que decidas hacer se requiere prepararte, busca las mejores herramientas que te funcionen a ti, lee a otras personas que manejen el mismo talento que tu y aprende de sus experiencias, realiza un estudio de situación de cómo te verías en ese campo tu talento y si requieres volver a tras y repensar, también es viable.
La Pasión como ingrediente en nuestras vidas
Se imaginan comparando los ingredientes para realizar una estupenda receta, donde cocinaran un delicioso plato especialmente para ustedes, y puedan comprar el ingrediente de la pasión. Es evidente que la pasión no se puede comprar, pero si se puede sumar a todo lo que hacemos, como ese ingrediente secreto, que hace la vida más placentera.
Siempre existe la posibilidad de volver a comenzar
No le pongas límite a tus sueños, ni tampoco pienses mucho para actuar, no necesariamente debe estar todo perfecto para poner a andar un sueño, ya que, si te equivocas, también de los errores se aprende.

La vida es tan hermosa que vale la pena vivirla con pasión, por ello disfruta de cada momento, sonríe más, lee más, aliméntate mejor, critica menos, agradece cada paso, respeta y conéctate con la naturaleza y valora lo eres.

For some time now I have been working on some issues that have helped me understand the importance of passion, but not only seen from the desire to find what we like to do in life, but from the passion that is felt when we surrender without fear, without limits and experience great sensations of desire, which allows that which excites, falls in love and intoxicates, to become power.
Passion is more than an emotion
Passion is power, because for passionate people the dedication is complete, it is felt in the blood, it is lived with adrenaline and it allows the senses to be intensified, as well as enjoying a glorious meal, therefore, seeing life with passion It allows us to fall in love every day with everything we do intensely and this in turn allows us to find ourselves.
We find passion in everything we do, when we manage to feel passion, an ingenious process of ideas begins that only arise when we experience such an effect.
I particularly think that passion goes beyond emotions, because it can be more lasting, but above all very intense, which allows a great internal movement that can change everything in our being. It is like that light that illuminates our thoughts, but that also motivates and drives, which is why passion is considered a power, since by experiencing passion we have the power to feel strengthened in achieving what makes us happy, but above all what that defines and differentiates us as human beings.
Write passionately
By writing these lyrics, they invite me to think how wonderful it is to write and to be able to convey an idea, which honestly gives me great and different bursts of emotion. I feel that I am a passionate woman, when I am interested in a subject or doing something, because I will simply take it to the end until I achieve the best results. For this reason, living with passion is a great way to experience life, because you always live with a certain adrenaline, which makes good energy perspire.
I would love to share with you a little of what I love and how I have achieved it. It is not a recipe, it is just a possible route to get closer to your dreams, with an air of passion.
A possible path
Much of the experience I have acquired has been on my academic side, but I must also add to my daring and even reckless way of seeing life.
Since I was a child I learned that if I wanted something, I had to fight for it, and fighting meant being a strategist, creating my own ideas and capturing them to later evaluate the result, also the phrase "I can't" did not fit into my excuses, since my parents always told me, find the way and the solution, it is there where I found one of my first talents and it is the recognition of the value that my interior had, to be able to visualize what I wanted. But not only does it get there, but also the great opportunity to recognize the talent in others, which has allowed me to be a means of support for both known and unknown people.
Recognition exercise
Recognizing the talent we have is a fundamental part of what we do, thanks to our talents, and sometimes we do not recognize them or do not give them much importance, but this should not be, because we all have a talent to be proud of. The difference will be, in what you want to do with it, whether to keep it calm or exploit it to show it to the world. This is where I can give you some ideas, to externalize that talent and give it strength.
Do the following exercise, write a list of what you think are your talents, then read this list out loud and indicate which ones you identify with the most, with this new list, now think about which one you feel most comfortable with to develop publicly. And from this second selection then dream begins, do not put limits on those dreams, let them flow and with which you feel that the energy identifies much better, then sculpt it with that talent as the best diamond.
Talents are taken care of, they are also cultivated, but for everything you decide to do, you need to prepare yourself, look for the best tools that work for you, read other people who have the same talent as you and learn from their experiences, carry out a study situation of how your talent would look like in that field and if you need to go back and rethink, it is also viable.
Passion as an ingredient in our lives
You imagine comparing the ingredients to make a great recipe, where you will cook a delicious dish especially for you, and you can buy the ingredient of passion. It is evident that passion cannot be bought, but it can be added to everything we do, as that secret ingredient that makes life more pleasant.
There is always the possibility of starting over
Do not put limits on your dreams, nor do you think too much to act, everything does not necessarily have to be perfect to start a dream, since, if you make mistakes, you also learn from mistakes.

Life is so beautiful that it is worth living it with passion, so enjoy every moment, smile more, read more, eat better, criticize less, appreciate each step, respect and connect with nature and value what you are.
