Greetings to all,

This is the first time in a very long time (years maybe!) that I am participating in a Hive open mic. The reason I come back is my deep desire to connect with other musicians and music lovers around the planet, to share songs and life experiences. I feel that the power of music to connect us is one of the most wonderful things there is and, using Hive as a connecting entity, it is an art that simply has no limits.

This little duo has quite a unique story. As I have told you before, I am a flute teacher, I work with students all over the world and one of them (based in Hong Kong) is a wonderful little boy who loves playing as much as playing with a football; it came to me as a kind of game idea to ask him to study this duet and then I would record and send an audio where I would be playing the second flute, this way he could play along with the audio track and make a kind of recital where both of us would perform. When I started working on the recording I couldn't avoid recording both flutes and sharing them with all of you, I still have to make a couple of tutorial videos so that not only my student but everyone who has access to this video can use those recordings as "play-along" and have a lot of fun playing this wonderful piece.
