What's up Open Mic friends? How nice to be with you for another week, a week in which we have to talk about emotions, the topic proposed by @sunsethunter.
There is a tendency to think that showing emotions makes us vulnerable to others, that it shows a weakness with which they could harm us, I think the opposite, by showing any kind of emotion, we become stronger, we know ourselves and therefore we love ourselves more.
The topic that I present below, came to me when I heard the entry of the friend @rosana6 with a song by Avril Lavigne and immediately came to my mind a song of the same Canadian singer from her album Let Go, released in 2002, the song is called Naked.
Without a doubt I believe that showing emotions makes us naked in front of others, when you open your heart to a person, whether it is a partner, friend, family, you can be yourself, because they love you for who you are. You can't hide anything, because they see right through you, you are 'naked'. It's scary to let your guard down in any relationship, but when you do, you feel so amazing, a feeling that words can't describe. I hope you enjoy my version.
¿Qué tal amigos de Open Mic? Qué lindo poder estar una nueva semana junto a ustedes, una semana en la que nos corresponde hablar sobre las emociones, el tema propuesto por @sunsethunter.
Se tiende a pensar que demostrar emociones nos hace ser vulnerables ante los demás, que eso muestra una debilidad con la cual podrían dañarnos, yo opino lo contrario, al demostrar cualquier tipo de emoción, nos hacemos más fuertes, nos conocemos y por ende nos amamos más.
El tema que les presento a continuación, me vino al escuchar la entrada de la amiga @rosana6 con un tema de Avril Lavigne e inmediatamente vino a mi mente una canción de la misma cantante canadiense de su álbum Let Go, lanzado en el año 2002, el tema lleva por nombre Naked.
Sin duda creo que demostrar emociones nos desnuda ante los demás, cuando abres tu corazón a una persona, bien sea pareja, amigo, familia, puedes ser tú mismo, porque ellos te aman por lo que eres. No puedes ocultar nada, porque ellos ven a través de ti, estás 'desnudo'. Da miedo bajar la guardia en cualquier relación, pero cuando lo haces, te sientes tan increíble, un sentimiento que no se puede describir con palabras. Espero que disfruten mi versión.
