Hello everyone! I hope that today you are happy, full of peace and love. Today I come to tell you about a beautiful custom or tradition that I share with my family, something I do since I can remember and I would like everyone to do it.
¡Hola a todos! Espero que el día de hoy se encuentren felices, llenos de paz y de amor. El día de hoy vengo a contarles una hermosa costumbre o tradición que comparto con mi familia, algo que hago desde que tengo memoria y me gustaría que todo el mundo lo hiciera.
In my house and in my family Sundays are very special, it is an exclusive day to rest, to share with the family and to be able to recover from the long week to start a new one.
Since I was very young, Sundays have been very special, because we always have a good time with the family. After a long week it is always customary to rest on Sundays, we usually watch movies or a marathon of a good series. We always prepare a delicious dinner together, usually tequeños, bread, pizza, hamburger. For drinks we always like to make oatmeal, sometimes boiled and sometimes fried, sometimes soda, or coffee with milk.
En mi casa y en mi familia los domingos son demasiado especiales, es un día exclusivo para descansar, para compartir en familia y para poder recuperarnos de la larga semana para empezar una nueva.
Desde que soy muy pequeño los domingos han sido muy especiales, porque siempre la pasamos bien en familia. Luego de una larga semana siempre es costumbre que los domingos descansemos, generalmente vemos películas o un maratón de alguna buena serie. Siempre preparamos entre todos una rica cena, por lo general tequeños, pan, pizza, hamburguesa. De bebida siempre nos gusta hacer avena, algunas veces hervida y otras veces friecita, a veces refresco, o café con leche.

It is always a problem to choose what we are going to watch, in my case I really like Korean dramas, something that in my family only my sister and I like, so they never agree to watch them. My mom and my sibling love horror movies, but sometimes they bore me (not to say that they scare me). We always argue to choose, when we reach an agreement we always tell the person who chose it that if the movie or series is bad it's their fault, we have seen a lot of series and movies and sometimes we all like them and sometimes we don't like some of them. For example, they always laugh at me because I don't like anything, and to choose a movie I always have a but.
Siempre es un problema para poder escoger lo que vamos a ver, en mi caso me gustan mucho los dramas coreanos, algo que en mi familia solo nos gusta a mi hermana y a mi, por lo mismo nunca acceden a ver. A mi mamá y a mi hermano les encantan las películas de terror, pero a mi a veces me aburren (por no decir que me dan miedo) Siempre discutimos para escoger, cuando llegamos a un acuerdo siempre le decimos al que la escogió que si la película o serie es mala es por su culpa, hemos visto un montón de series y películas y algunas veces nos gustan a todos y otras veces no nos gustan a alguna. Por ejemplo, de mi siempre se ríen porque no me gusta nada, y para escoger alguna película siempre tengo un pero.

As I already told you it is very important to respect Sundays, we rarely receive visitors or go out, because we like to enjoy this night relaxing, watching a good movie and eating a nice dinner. When my little cousin is staying at my house we also include him, and we watch animated movies or soft comedies, he always demands that we make cotufas and as he is the little boy of the house we make him his cotufas. He came out like me, he is also very stubborn when it comes to choosing, but since he is small we always manage to convince him. The good thing about him is that he enjoys movies a lot, he laughs a lot and likes to spend that time with us.
Como ya les comenté es sumamente importante respetar los domingos, pocas veces recibimos visitas o salimos, porque nos gusta disfrutar de esta noche relajados, viendo alguna buena película y comiendo una rica cena. Cuando mi primito se está quedando en mi casa también lo incluimos, y vemos películas animadas o comedias suaves, el siempre exige que hagamos cotufas y como es el chiquitico de la casa le hacemos sus cotufas. El salió como yo, también es muy testarudo a la hora de escoger, pero como es pequeño siempre lo logramos de convencer. Lo bueno de el es que disfruta mucho de las películas, el se ríe bastante y le gusta pasar ese tiempo con nosotros.

In the case of my aunt, she also loves horror movies, and she also likes to spend that sacred Sunday with us. My aunt Maria lives far away from our house because of her work, and when she comes to my house she stays several days to rest, that's why she loves these movie Sundays so much. She likes to sleep a little later so when she stays over, we watch series until late and we also have a great time. She is very funny and we laugh a lot because she always imitates my dad in a very funny and unique way, just like she laughs at my mom because in the middle of the movie she starts to snore hahahahahahahaha.
En el caso de mi tía, a ella también le gustan muchos las películas de terror, y ella le gusta también pasar ese domingo sagrado con nosotros. Mi tía María vive lejos de nuestra casa por su trabajo, y cuando viene para mi casa se queda varios días y es para descansar, por eso ella ama tanto estos domingos peliculeros. A ella le gusta dormirse un poco más tarde por lo tanto cuando ella se queda, vemos series hasta tarde y también la pasamos muy bien. Ella es muy echadora de broma y nos reímos un montón porque siempre imita a mi papá de una manera muy graciosa y única, al igual que se ríe de mi mamá porque en media película empieza a roncar ajajajajjajaj

Something we also usually do is to go buy ice cream, well, near my house there are several ice cream shops, so we go quickly to buy it and eat it at home, following the movie or marathon, other times we buy cookies or chocolates filled with oreo, which are very good.
It really is a beautiful tradition that we have had in my family for as long as I can remember, today I want to share this beautiful custom with you so that you can take it into account and do it with your family. It is something I love, Sundays for me are relaxing and to rest. I am very grateful that my mom taught us the importance of resting and spending time as a family, it is something that makes us all more united and prepares us for the routine of the week.
I enjoy Sundays very much, my mom always spoils us with her tasty food, although little by little we are the ones who are going to prepare the food and spoil her since she works very hard and deserves it.
Algo que también solemos hacer es ir a comprar helados, bueno, cerca de mi casa quedan varias heladerías, por lo tanto vamos rápido a comprarlas y nos la comemos en la casa, siguiendo con la película o maratón, otras veces compramos galletas o chocolates rellenos de oreo, que son muy buenos.
De verdad que es una hermosa tradición que en mi familia tenemos desde que tengo memoria, hoy les quiero compartir esta hermosa costumbre para que lo tomen en cuenta y lo puedan hacer con su familia. Es algo que amo, los domingos para mi son relajantes y para descansar. Estoy muy agradecido de que mi mamá nos haya enseñado lo importante de descansar y de pasar tiempo en familia, es algo que nos hace a todos más unidos y que nos prepara para la rutina de la semana.
Disfruto mucho de los domingos, mi mamá siempre nos consciente con su sabrosa comida, aunque poco a poco somos nosotros los que le vamos a ir preparando la comida y consentirla ya que ella trabaja muchísimo y se lo merece.

I am very grateful for these moments, these days when we get together and spend time together, and it is something that makes me very nostalgic because I feel that when we all move away it will not be the same, I feel that I will miss these Sundays, the movie Sundays. On the other hand, this makes me appreciate them even more, because I don't know which one will be the last one. If I have a bad week it is always worth it because Sunday makes me feel better, makes me feel like going on again, motivates me to keep doing everything I like and brings me closer to my family.
I really recommend you to do this with your parents, siblings, cousins, aunts and uncles and you will see that you will have a great time.

Yo agradezco demasiado estos momentos, estos días en los que nos unimos y pasamos tiempo juntos, y es algo que me pone muy nostálgico porque siento que cuando todos nos mudemos ya no será lo mismo, siento que voy a extrañar estos domingos, los domingos peliculeros. De igual manera esto me hace apreciarlos muchos más, porque no se cual puede ser el último. Si tengo una mala semana siempre vale la pena porque el domingo hace que me sienta mejor, hacer que recupere las ganas de seguir, me motiva a seguir haciendo todo lo que me gusta y me acerca cada vez más a mi familia.
De verdad les recomiendo que hagan esto junto a sus padres, hermanos, primos, tíos y verán que la van a pasar genial.
Las fotos fueron sacadas con el teléfono de mi mamá en su mayoría y otras con el teléfono de mi tía y me autorizaron a usarlas, algunas están publicadas en sus redes sociales y mi tía me dio permiso de que mi primito Andrés saliera en la publicación.
