Los power moves o fuerza dinamica, son básicamente ejercicios estáticos que llevan movimiento al mismo tiempo, cualquier ejercicio que lleve fuerza y movimientos, se convertirá en fuerza dinamica.
The power mover or dynamic strength, are basically static exercises that carry movement at the same time, any exercise that carries strength and movement, will become dynamic strength.
Ejemplo La Full Plancha o el Front Lever son estáticos sin duda, pero a la hora de hacer una repetición deja de ser estático y se convierte automáticamente en fuerza dinamica.
Example The Full Plancha or the Front Lever are static without a doubt, but at the time of doing a repetition it stops being static and automatically becomes dynamic force.
