While writing about love in my previous post, a thought flashed into my mind.

My focus was on love so I decided not to digress but to write to you on happiness today.

As I enjoy this peaceful morning in the garden staring at the beautiful flowers, reflecting on my post, and I got a flash back from yesterday thought.

Just like searching for love, you can also be in search of happiness.

I know it hurts to hear the truth.

Happiness is in you also, you don't have to struggle to search for it outside of you.

The happiness you are seeking is in you, you can activate it with gratitude, kindness, and affection.

Yes, by affection not by demand.

You do not get happiness by demanding it from your partner.

It is by appreciating the things you have, the people you have around you, and the moment you share with them that happiness appears.

When it appears you glow in a smile and you infect the people around you with the smile emanating from your heart.

It is beautiful to know that happiness resides in you.

It is amazing to know that you have the power to activate the happiness that is in you.

It is painful to see you getting angry with people around you not making you happy.

Listen, you are not entitled to what you can not give to yourself.

Hope I am not harsh on you? I know the truth always sounds harsh, but you have to know where your happiness is and quit demanding around.

The bliss is in your heart, follow it and enjoy life with it.
