Comprar SkinCare implica destinar una cantidad de dinero en especifico para la salud de nuestra piel, sin embargo, por lo viral que se ha vuelto el tema y algunos productos las personas piensan que pueden comprar dichos productos así como comprar un pan. La razón por la que he decidido hacer este post, es para informar desde mi experiencia cuales son aquellos aspectos que debemos tomar en cuenta antes de ir a cualquier tienda o farmacia por SkinCare.
Buying SkinCare implies allocating a specific amount of money for the health of our skin, however, because of how viral the topic and some products have become, people think that they can buy these products just like buying a loaf of bread. The reason why I have decided to make this post, is to inform from my experience what are those aspects that we should take into account before going to any store or pharmacy for SkinCare.
1| ¿Qué tipo de piel eres?

La pregunta del millón de dólares y la que debemos tener en cuenta antes de tan solo comprar un producto; actualmente hay muchas maneras de saber cual es tu tipo de piel y es que esta es una pregunta importante que debemos hacernos; porque en base a ello es que vamos a investigar cuales son los componentes, fórmulas y productos que mejor me funcionan.
Hay que recordarnos que cada persona tiene: necesidades diferentes, que el organismo reacciona de manera individual y que no todos los productos no van a ayudar. Siempre que alguien quiera iniciar una rutina de cuidado de piel debe tener en cuenta este primer paso: conocer el tipo de piel.
The million dollar question and the one that we must take into account before just buying a product; currently there are many ways to know what your skin type is and this is an important question to ask ourselves; because it is based on this that we will investigate which are the components, formulas and products that work best for me.
We must remember that each person has different needs, that the body reacts individually and that not all products are going to help. Whenever someone wants to start a skin care routine, this first step should be taken into account: know your skin type.
2| No se necesitan muchos productos para hacer una buena rutina

Como les he comentado en redes sociales conseguimos demasiada información sobre rutinas de SkinCare, cada persona hace las cosas de manera diferente y de acuerdo a sus necesidades; he visto que hay rutinas donde hay que hacer hasta 20 pasos, al principio esto me confundía porque no sabía como realmente tenía que iniciar yo mi rutina, pero luego informándome correctamente descubrí que no todo eso es necesario.
En mi caso lo único que tengo muchas ganas de introducir en mi rutina es un serum de acido hialuronico para las noches pero siendo 100% sincera los serums son los que más cuestan y los que más rápido se terminan; así que he estado esperando ser un poco más estable económicamente para incorporarlos.
As I have told you in social networks we get too much information about SkinCare routines, each person does things differently and according to their needs; I have seen that there are routines where you have to do up to 20 steps, at first this confused me because I did not know how I really had to start my routine, but then informing myself properly I discovered that not all that is necessary.
In my case the only thing I really want to introduce in my routine is a hyaluronic acid serum for the nights but being 100% honest serums are the ones that cost the most and the fastest to finish; so I've been waiting to be a little more economically stable to incorporate them.
3| No tienes que comprar todo de golpe

Ya sé que esto suena extraño, pero dependiendo de la rutina que quieras hacer, no tienes que comprar todo al mismo tiempo. Por ejemplo, en mi caso, lo que yo compre primero fue la solución limpiadora de Dernier, una crema hidratante y protector solar. Al principio usaba la misma crema tanto para el día como para la noche, esto se puede realizar siempre y cuando elijas el producto adecuado, también hay que tomar en cuenta que en ese momento yo no me maquillajaba así que por ende no me preocupaba por un desmaquillante, luego poco a poco fue que incorpore nuevos productos y fui avanzando.
I know this sounds strange, but depending on the routine you want to do, you don't have to buy everything at the same time. For example, in my case, what I bought first was the Dernier cleansing solution, a moisturizer and sunscreen. At first I used the same cream for both day and night, this can be done as long as you choose the right product, also take into account that at that time I did not wear makeup so I did not care about a makeup remover, then gradually I was incorporating new products and I was moving forward.
4| Al producto que más tienes que invertirle

Hay productos que si o si sabemos que van a ser un poco más costosos, en mi caso me di cuenta de que no había tanta variedad en protectores solares, en cuestión de precios, por lo tanto este iba ser el producto que más costoso me iba a salir, con esta mentalidad comencé a buscar opciones. En otros productos como por ejemplo la crema hidratante sinceramente como hay más opciones económicas en el mercado es mucho más fácil recortar el presupuesto ahí.
Todo se trata de pensar estratégicamente.
In my case I realized that there was not so much variety in sunscreens, in terms of prices, so this was going to be the product that was going to be the most expensive for me, with this mentality I started to look for options. In other products such as moisturizer, for example, since there are more economical options on the market, it is much easier to cut the budget there.
It's all about thinking strategically.
Estas han sido las 4 cosas que deberiamos saber a la hora de comprar SkinCare, sinceramente todas las he pensado y explicado en base a mi experiencia, no soy una profesional en el tema, solo comparto con ustedes los aspectos que para mi han de ser importantes.
