Lemon, Gingger and Red Date Relief My Troat

Ginger water, lemon, dry grapes and koji berry are very good for health and maintaining body immunity, especially during the current pandemic. Ginger is a spice that is known to have many health benefits.

Taiwan has been raining for over a week and the wind is strong, the weather The change from cold to summer makes it easy for the body's resistance to drop, as I felt a few days ago, but because the COVID-19 condition in Taiwan is bad, I'm afraid to go to the doctor. That's It all started with my throat hurting, my voice was hoarse too. Runny nose also want to vomit. This possibility is a symptom of the flu, because these days the weather is very extreme. It really makes the body uncomfortable.

That's Because I don't want to take chemical drugs, I use the spices that I have at home to make a concoction of “Ginger, Lemon, Cinnamon and Koji Fruit” so that it tastes sweet and fragrant. This drink finally made my stomach queasy feeling go away and warmed my body. So slowly my condition improved and recovered.

Ingredients all are Natural Medician



The ingredients to be prepared are:

• 2 pieces of old ginger (Geprek: for maximum efficacy when boiled)
• a half lemon
• 70 grams of Palm Sugar
• 5 dried grapes
• 7 koji
• 150 ml Water


Step Boil!!!!

Step 1: Boiled the water, add all ingredients. Let them boiled until 3-4 minutes

How to make

• Boil water until it boils
• Put ginger and palm sugar.
• Let it boil with small water to absorb the ginger
• Add dry wine
• Squeeze the lemon to make the drink taste fresh
• Turn off the heat, then simmer for a few minutes
• Strain the water, then it's ready to be served, input the koji fruit
