We did not conquer the mountain,
but ourselves.

In today's world with the accelerated changes that have come to intervene in our lives that we considered to have some peace of mind or control over daily routines or schemes already devised to adapt to the pace of society, have come to move all the spaces where by regularity is our means of unfolding.
<div class="text-justify
For some, the changes have generated individual frustration, stress, anguish... which have produced illnesses, I would call them of an emotional nature, feeling emptiness, loneliness, sadness, desolation and the question that perhaps many have asked themselves: What am I going to do now?
.
This question makes the person stay stagnant or jump and get out of that hole where they find themselves, that without realising we fall into that darkness and we do not find the way out.
The concept of resilience arises and is often used in the field of psychology, which defines it as the ability of a person to overcome and overcome traumatic situations that occur in life. Boris Cyrulnik, psychiatrist, was the one who exposed it to the world, especially through his book "The Ugly Ducklings" where he talks extensively about this concept, and the most prominent examples of resilient attitude.

There are keys to be resilient that I will name below, they can serve as a guide for people who are looking for strength, to stay active, creative and that can happen when there is clarity of thought, when that light has come and you hear that voice that tells you go, go and react to your reality and how you can repair it.
1-Keep learning: this is one of the first keys, find new ways of doing things, design learning actions, in books, through the web, with people close to you, whatever is available at the moment...understand that every day is a new learning process.
2-Accepting change: all change implies adaptation and acceptance of the circumstances around us, observing what surrounds us, listening more.
3.-Maintain motivation: it is a way of finding positive points in the situations we live in, thinking that there are situations that we cannot control or change...to raise our spirits, listen to music, walk, breathe, look at nature; focus on that project that is being started or taken up again; take time to be in silence for a few minutes.
4.-Acting, not just thinking: thoughts can be stupefying when we cannot control them, those actions that we think about should not remain in our thoughts, we must act. Action is a way to stay focused on a task.
It is important to know yourself.
Resilience allows us to face life from positivity, and to approach situations from a point away from any negative aspect.
Being resilient is a challenge that everyone must maintain in order to achieve better mental health and to be able to collaborate with others around us. It helps us to see colours where others see only grey, it opens doors, options to keep walking on the path we have come to walk.
