Hello people hope you all are doing well.Today I will be sharing the recipe of chicken korma. It is a delicious recipe which can be cooked in any festival, get together or any type of function.So without wasting time lets move on to the ingredients.

Ingredients:

-Chicken-500gms
-Potatoes- 4 medium size
-Onions- 3medium size
-Yogurt- 4 tbsp
-Ginger garlic paste- 3 tbsp
-Turmeric powder- 1tbsp
-Red chilli powder- half tbsp
-Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1tbsp
-Cumin powder- 1tbsp
-Garam masala powder- half tbsp
-Bay leaf- 1
-Clove-3
-Cardimom-3
-Cinnamon stick-1inch
-Salt- according to your taste

There are many health benefits of eating chicken. Chicken contains vitamins and minerals which boost functioning of brain. It promotes healthy heart. It also helps in strengthening bones and teeth. Chicken is a good source of protein. It helps to control blood pressure. Eating chicken also reduces the risk of cholesterol and heart disorder. It also helps in building muscles. It also reduces the risk of cancer.

Method:

-First marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and cumin powder
-Let the chicken be marinated for 30mins to 1hour
-Heat the oil and add onion to it
-Fry the onions till the colour of the onion turns dark brown
-Take it out from the pan and let it cool down
-After it cools down grind the onion with little water to make a smooth paste
-Heat oil and fry the potatoes
-Add bay leaf, cardimom, cloves and cinnamon stick to the oil
-Add the marinated chicken to it
-Fry the marinated chicken for 10-15mins
-Add the fry onion paste and mix well
-Cook for 5mins by adding little water at a time
-Add the fried potatoes and mix well
-Add water according to the gravy you want
-Add garam masala powder and give it a good mix
-Cover the lid and cook for 10mins

The chicken korma recipe is ready to eat. Serve it with pulao or roti. Enjoyyyyyyy:)
