How is my dear Hive community? I hope that very well, today I come to tell you about another of my adventures in Buenos Aires, I shared my days with friends or family and we always tried to visit a different place, we even visited places that my guides did not know after several years living in the Argentine capital.
¿Cómo se encuentra mi querida comunidad de Hive? espero que muy bien, hoy vengo a contarles otra de mis aventuras por Buenos Aires, compartí mis días con amigos o familiares y siempre intentabamos visitar un lugar diferente, incluso visitamos lugares que mis guías luego de varios años viviendo en la capital Argentina no conocían.
In this case, on December 26, taking advantage of the fact that my cousin had the day off from work, we crossed from Ramos Mejías to the heart of Chinatown, they are a couple of very nice streets with all kinds of things related to Asian culture, but then I will do a post to show you the Chinatown in breadth.
I love eating in new food places and bringing you a review of what I have experienced, not only the taste of the food, but also my personal experience, and thus get away from the usual homemade recipe that I used to write for this community.
En este caso el 26 de Diciembre aprovechando que mi primo tenía el dia libre del trabajo atravesamos desde Ramos Mejías hasta el corazón del barrio Chino, son un par de calles muy bonitas con todo tipo de cosas referentes a la cultura asiática, pero luego haré un post para mostrarle el barrio Chino en amplitud.
Me encanta comer en nuevos locales de comida y traerles review de lo que he vivido no solo que el sabor de la comida si no de mi experiencia personal y asi salir de la habitual receta hecha en casa que solia escribir para esta comunidad.
We visited the local PUPPOS located at Arribeños 2272 in Chinatown, where you can find authentic Korean street food, for example the Hattogu which is a customizable breaded hot dog, in addition to that some shakes that are a total explosion of flavors, if you go to the Chinatown of Buenos Aires you can not miss this place.

Visitamos el local PUPPOS localizado en Arribeños 2272 en el barrio chino, donde se puede encontrar autentica comida callejera Coreana, por ejemplo el Hattogu el cual es un hot dog empanizado personalizable, además de eso unos batidos que son una total explosión de sabores, si vas al barrio chino de Buenos Aires no puedes dejar de visitar este lugar.
Hattogu
It is prepared by choosing the filling, it can be just sausage, just cheese, or half and half, in our case we chose half and half.
The filling is wrapped in a dough from the personal recipe and then the batter is chosen, which we decide on the common bread and ends by choosing the toppings, in our case ketchup and grated cheddar cheese.

Se prepara eligiendo el relleno, puede ser solo salchicha solo queso, o mitad y mitad, en nuestro caso elegímos mitad y mitad.
El relleno se envuelve en una masa de su receta personal y luego se elige el rebozado que nosotros decidimos el común de pan y se termina elegiendo los toppings, en nuestro caso ketchup y queso cheddar rayado.
Frappe
Among the variety of frappe we have: Strawberry and banana, oreo and cocoa, strawberry, chocolate or banana and dulce de leche.
In our case we chose two different flavors to share and try them, Juan Andres chose the oreo and cocoa one and I chose the strawberry one, I must confess that Juan's had a more intense flavor but mine was balanced with the flavor of the syrup strawberry and chantilly cream.
Frappe
Entre la variedad de frappe tenemos: Frutilla y banana, oreo y cacao, frutilla, chocolinas o banana y dulce de leche.
En nuestro caso nosotros elegimos dos sabores diferentes para compartirlos y probarlos, Juan Andres eligió el de oreo y cacao y yo elegí el de frutilla, debo confesar que el de Juan tenía un sabor mas intenso pero el mio se conpensaba con el sabor del syrop de fresa y la crema chantilly.
The hattogu is really heavy and big, although my cousin and I are fat eaters, one was enough for both of us, we almost finished eating it by force because together with the frappe, which is a pretty big glass, I must say that it fills up quickly.
El hattogu es verdaderamente pesado y grande, aunque mi primo y yo somos unos gordos comelones uno fué suficiente para ambos, casi terminamos de comerlo a la fuerza porque junto al frappe que es un vaso bastante grande debo decir que llena rapidamente.
With regard to the place, it is a total fast food franchise, you go to the cash register, pay for your food, wait in a couple of chairs at the entrance for about 5 minutes, they call you and they deliver the food to you at the counter, there are no tables to eat, you They deliver the food so that you can take it and eat elsewhere, however the place is very nice and well decorated, if I return to Buenos Aires I crave a frappe and a hattogu again.
Con respecto al local es una total franquicia de comida rápida, pasas por caja pagas tu comida, esperas en un par de sillas en la entrada unos 5 minutos, te llaman y te entregan la comida en el mostrador, no hay mesas para comer, te entregan la comida de forma que la puedas llevar y comer en otro lado, sin embargo el local es muy lindo y esta bien decorado, si vuelvo a Buenos aires ansío un frappe y un hattogu de nuevo.
