I hope is everybody is doing great and happy all the time.
Since it's raining so I feel hungry easily. So I want to eat something sweet. And I had some leftover sweet potatoes when I made butchi the other day. And we are not very fond of boiled sweet potato so I will cook a sweet potato toron that everyone will like. . So I decided to make sweet potato toron as our snack on the cold afternoon. It's very easy to make and has very few ingredients. And I’m sure the kids and even us would love it. So let's start preparing the ingredients of sweet potato toron.
INGREDIENTS
Sweet potato
Ube condense
Peanuts
Sugar
Lumpia wrapper
RECIPE
3/4 kilo sweet potato
1/3 cup peanuts
1/4 cup Ube condense
Sugar for coating
Oil for fry
PROCEDURE
Boil the sweet potato until it softens.
Place in mixing bowl and smash the sweet potato well.
Add the ube condense and mix.
Add the peanuts and mix until smooth.
Take a lumpia wrapper and take over a tablespoon of the mixture and place on the lumpia wrapper and spread, slowly roll and seal it with melted flour.
COOKING
Fry until golden brown and roll in sugar or drizzle with purple condense flavor.
FINISHED PRODUCT
NOTE If you want to add sweetness, add sugar.
