I've been thinking about my return to Hive, I haven't left things here for a long time, and I'm not referring to this community only, I'm talking in general, although I recently uploaded a post, but in it I didn't mention my absence and return, I really wanted to dedicate it to a very special person for me, so, if you like to read it, you can feel free to come in... So as I was saying, I was absent for a while because the truth is that I felt unmotivated in relation to several aspects, among them I mention Hive, because if you are here we have something in common and it is this platform. So I consider that in this process I don't think I'm the only one who feels this way, maybe you went through it at some point, maybe at the beginning, with some post...well, maybe many here. The point is then apply that called:

That's what I did and that's what I try to do, that's why today I connect with one of the things I like to do; sweets 🧡. But on this occasion I decided to share it here why not, I can still leave a little bit of me, although maybe not always so constant.
Now then, I tell you that I took advantage of what I had at home, among those things, mandarins, I wanted the cookies to have a soft taste of them.
La receta es muy sencilla; tan solo lleva estos ingredientes.
The recipe is very simple; it only takes these ingredients.
| 2 tazas de harina leudante | 2 cups of leavening flour |
|---|---|
| Una taza de azúcar | One cup of sugar |
| 2 mandarinas | 2 tangerines |
| 1/2 de margarina | 1/2 of margarine |
To make my cookies I first squeezed the tangerines into a small cup, for ease of adding.
Then I started by mixing with a spoon the butter and sugar in a deep bowl, until it was whitish.
Luego tamice la harina de trigo leudante, para evitar grumos al momento de mezclar. También quise agregar una ralladura de la misma mandarina.
Then I sifted the leavened wheat flour, to avoid lumps when mixing. I also wanted to add a zest of the same tangerine.
Después añadí el zumo de las 2 mandarinas y comencé a mezclar de manera pausada para integrar todo muy bien.
Then I added the juice of the 2 tangerines and began to mix slowly to integrate everything very well.
Para finalizar la mezcla y lograr una masa, agregué el restante de harina de trigo y comencé a unir los ingredientes.
To finalize the mixture and achieve a dough, I added the remaining wheat flour and began to unite the ingredients.
Después de amasar muy bien deje reposar por 25 min. Luego comencé a extender la masa en una superficie con harina para ir haciendo mis galletas.
After kneading very well, I let it rest for 25 min. Then I began to spread the dough on a floured surface to make my cookies.

En casa yo tengo molde de osito, y también utilice uno circular un poco más grande (porque me iba a llevar toda una vida con el molde de osito🤗), como puedes ver en las fotos. Cuando termine por completo coloque las galletas en una bandeja para hornear.
At home I have a teddy bear mold, and I also used a circular one a little bigger (because I was going to take a lifetime with the teddy bear mold🤗), as you can see in the pictures. When completely finished place the cookies on a baking sheet.
Bueno, al horno por 15-20 min.
