Hello my dear friends.
Here i will share the madness in my city that happened because of Mie Gacoan. A very good news that they finally opened one branch in my city. All this time, the only place that i can go to eat Mie Gacoan was in Bali. Whenever i went to Bali, i make sure that Mie Gacoan is one of the first thing that i put inside my mouth. I love it so much. I think at some point, it can be called an addiction or an obsession. I can eat Mie Gacoan every two days and never get tired of them. I love it so much, i dont know why but i think i want to declare it again. So, when i saw in the news that they will opened their first branch in Medan, i was ecstatic. I opened their social media page everyday to see when they opened the store. Finally, i dont have to go to Bali again to just eat Mie Gacoan. I am so so so happy.

I went there in the second day of opening. I have never thought that Mie Gacoan is such a popular food in Medan because just look at the crowd. I went there with my siblings and the neighbor’ kid. I was so excited to introduce Mie Gacoan to them because i know for sure that they all will love it like how i love it. Me and my siblings bud taste aint that far away, so if its something that i thought as delicious, they will probably will have the same opinion about it like mine. We were so shocked when we arrived to this scene. Its so crowded and unbelievably crowded. I decided that i will be the one that waiting in line and my siblings can write the order and give it to me later because we want to save time. I ate Mie Gacoan countless of time before so i already know very well what i want to order. They’re the one that need to see the menu to decided what should they order. Of course, since i am the veteran in Mie Gacoan between all of us, i gave them some suggestions. I tolr them to just try my most favorite Mie Iblis (Devil’s Noodle). Thats my most favorite one. They just need to decide what level they want their Mie Iblis to be.

These are the menu. I love the simplicity of the menu that they have in Mie Gacoan, especially for the food. Their drink is another matter. They have this weird ghost name in there. I honestly doesnt know where that came from. Mie Gacoan have three type of noodle, which is the Mie Angel, Mie Setan, and Mie Iblis. For mie angel, it doesnt have any level. While Mie Setan and Mie Iblis in other hands have their level to level 8. One thing i dobt understand is why they skip the level 5. If we see, they separated their level from level 0 to 4 and then 6 to 8 with additional 1.000 rupiah.

These all our order. Other than the neighbor’ kid, all of us ordering mie Iblis.

From the ordering and waiting till our food ready in total we spent 2 hours. So crazy right? It because if the crowd. Even till now, they crowd is still the same if not worse. I cant even go there again because waiting for 2 hours for a plate of noodle is a big too much. Its too tiring for me. No matter how good the Mir Gacoan taste i dont have the energy to do that.

I guess we can tell from all of the pictures that i showed before that there’s no space to sit inside and the only empty tables are outdoor like this which will surely turn us into roasted human because the sun blazing so hard that day.

I also have the chance to take a picture of their toilet because it looks so cute.

Last but nit least, this is the mie gacoan that i waited for two hours. I choose Mie Iblis Level 6 which always be my go to whenever i ate Mie Gacoan. To be honest, i am quite scared that the taste is gonna be different than the one that i used to have in Bali. Luckily, it taste the same. It taste so good. God, i missed mie gacoan so much.
