Because for my tongue, Asian cuisine is like Romeo and Juliet, can't be separated. But I also like food from all over the world and my taste buds can accept it "friendly".
About Stir fry
Enjoying delicious food is certainly happiness for many people. But being able to process food in a practical and concise way will add to its own pleasure when eating it. Yep, with practical cooking, of course you don't need to waste too much energy and time before enjoying food. Besides that, you don't have to worry about how to make it. Well, if you want to enjoy it, stir-fry cooking is the right solution!
Asian cuisine uses a lot of stir fry and surely you are familiar with stir-fried preparations. This cooking technique is usually done using very little oil and is done quickly. You just need to mix some ingredients together. Then add some seasonings to enhance your cooking. You can make cooking like this a mainstay for family dishes at home. Besides being delicious, there are many choices of ingredients for sauteing. Like today, my wife and I cook stir-fried chickpeas and tempeh with seafood.So yummy🤤
Because this is a simple dish, you don't need a lot of ingredients.
Stir-fry chickpeas & tempe with seafood

200 milli liter | water |
1/2 tea spoon | Salt, pepper, sugar |

How to cook (step by step)
- First step , wash all the ingredients in running water, then cut the chickpeas 3 cm and cut the tempeh into cubes.
- After that, slice the shallot, garlic, and chili and tomato.
- Then, heat a little oil, after the oil is hot, add the ingredients that have been cut into pieces earlier. Saute until the aroma smells good.
- After the ingredients are almost cooked, add the Scallops and tempeh with water. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Wait until the scallops are slightly soft.
- Lastly, add the chickpeas, because chickpeas are fast-cooking ingredients, So I put this ingredient last.
- Cook and wait until the water becomes a little, about 10 minutes.
Besides cooking stir-fry chickpeas and tempeh with seafood, my wife and I cook simple omelettes.
Omelet
To make an omelet I do not need to explain in detail, because almost anyone can certainly make this dish. This omelet I use only 5 eggs, salt and pepper.
Finally the dish is ready to eat!

Karena bagi lidah saya, masakan Asia seperti Romeo dan Juliet, tidak bisa dipisahkan. Tapi saya juga suka makanan dari seluruh dunia dan lidah saya bisa menerimanya dengan "ramah".
Tentang Tumisan
Menikmati makanan lezat tentu menjadi kebahagiaan bagi banyak orang. Namun mampu mengolah makanan dengan cara yang praktis dan ringkas akan menambah kenikmatan tersendiri saat memakannya. Yap, dengan memasak yang praktis, tentunya Anda tidak perlu terlalu membuang tenaga dan waktu sebelum menikmati makanan. Selain itu, Anda tidak perlu khawatir tentang cara membuatnya. Nah, jika ingin menikmatinya, masakan tumis adalah solusi yang tepat!
Masakan Asia banyak menggunakan tumisan dan pasti sudah familiar dengan olahan tumisan. Teknik memasak ini biasanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan sedikit minyak dan dilakukan dengan cepat. Anda hanya perlu mencampurkan beberapa bahan menjadi satu. Kemudian tambahkan beberapa bumbu untuk meningkatkan masakan Anda. Cara memasak (langkah demi langkah)
- Pertama-tama, cuci semua bahan dengan air mengalir, lalu potong buncis 3 cm dan potong tempe menjadi kubus.
- Setelah itu, iris bawang merah, bawang putih, serta cabai dan tomat.
- Kemudian, panaskan sedikit minyak, setelah minyak panas, masukkan bahan yang sudah dipotong-potong tadi. Tumis hingga tercium aroma harum.
- Setelah bahan hampir matang, tambahkan Kerang dan tempe dengan air. Aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata.
- Tunggu sampai kerang agak lunak*
- Terakhir, tambahkan buncis, karena buncis adalah bahan cepat masak, jadi bahan ini saya taruh di akhir.
- Masak dan tunggu sampai airnya sedikit, sekitar 10 menit.

Selain memasak tumis buncis dan tempe dengan seafood, saya dan istri memasak telur dadar sederhana.

Untuk membuat telur dadar tidak perlu saya jelaskan secara detail, karena hampir semua orang pasti bisa membuat masakan ini. Telur dadar ini saya pakai hanya 5 butir telur, garam dan merica.
