INGREDIENTES||INGREDIENTS.
- 1 pan redondo de maiz|1 round corn bread.
- 1 tallo de Cebollin|1 stalk of Chives.
- 1 cebolla|1 onion.
- Mantequilla|Butter
- Aceite|Oil.
- Queso moszarella|Moszarella cheese.
- Queso de rayar|Cheese to grate.
- Queso crema|Cream cheese.
Paso a paso||Step by step.
- Primeramente llevamos al fuego una sartén y le agregamos la mantequilla y el aceite y sofreÃmos el Cebollin y la cebolla.
First we take a frying pan to the fire and add the butter and the oil and fry the onion and the onion.
- Despues agregamos el queso crema,queso mozarella y el queso de rayar y los dejos fundir.
Then add the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and shredded cheese and let them melt.
- Luego cortamos un cÃrculo en la parte de arriba del pan y le sacamos las migas le agregamos los quesos derretidos y lo llevamos al horno hasta que el pan quede tostado.

- Ya tenemos el pan listo y lo sacamos del horno.
The bread is ready and we take it out of the oven.
