I love the contact with nature, I love the tranquility and inner peace I feel when I go to the beach or to the river and this for me is happiness, well yes I went to spend the day at the river and there I tasted my tasty lunch.
I was invited to the river and the quickest thing I could prepare was a delicious stewed skate, I took advantage of the fact that two days ago I had bought a piece of this fish and although it was in the fridge frozen, I had already parboiled it and shredded it. So with much love here I share with you this simple recipe.

Now to the sofrito I added garlic, pepper, oregano and salt. I stirred and waited approximately 10 minutes for the flavors to concentrate.
