Tandoori cottage cheese at home

Hello Foodies!

Paneer Tikka/Tandoori Paneer is one dish you can find at every North Indian party, no matter how small or big the event might be. The smoky taste is something you will never be able to resist. The paneer (Cottage Cheese) used to make this recipe must be fresh to ensure the dish comes out to be soft and crisp.

Cottage Cheese is marinated in Indian spices and then grilled in Tandoor. It’s a super flavourful snack. You can grill these over direct fire, in the oven or can also be air fried.

Along with cottage cheese, it also includes tandoori capsicum, onion and tomatoes. It is best served with mint chutney mixed in curd.
