The Korean Strawberry Milk For Your Day

Hi foodies...

Do you like strawberry? A few moments ago, there's a friend visit my home and she was made a korean strawberry milk. For a second, I thought that that was a smoothie but it's not.

She said that recently that this beverage is viral on social media. You know, currently all about Korean always being viral on social media and sometimes as a korean fever we had to do itself.

How to Make The Korean Strawberry Milk

For make this beverage you don't need a blender. I thought yesterday my friend doesn't make it by blender because I have no blender. She said that her way to made of more simple and make the smoothie more delicious than smoothie with blender. The weakness is you have to spend more time than when you using a blender. But yeah, you doesn't need blender.


Ingredients

  • Strawberry
  • Milk
  • Sugar

You can manage your dosage. It's according your taste. For make 1 glass Korean Strawberry milk, I just use 10 pcs of strawberry, 1 spoons sugar, and 200 ml of milk. If you like to add the ice cube, add it!


Step by step

Wash the strawberry and cook the strawberry in the fry pan with 2 spoons sugar.

Cook in the middle heat and stir till the strawberry blend with the sugar and looks like a jam. The things that I forget that I should cut the strawberry into pieces.

It took 10-20 minutes to make the strawberry being like jam. Even you can smell it. It's really smells like strange but not stronge. Hahaha...

It is the strawberry after you cook it with sugar. Strawberry jam. Then you just add the milk on the glass and stir it till the strawberry jam and the milk is blend.

Like smoothies have several benefit that our body need is. That was for removes toxins, improve sleep and digestive health, reduce body fat, boosts the immune system. I'm also mention that this beverage increase the risk for excess sugar and bad fat. But I advice to you to use the healthy sugar :D

You can enjoying this beverage in your summer, with ice of course. Then the side dish, It's good with a bread, a cake, or toast. But it's fine if you just enjoy it without any side dish cause it still make you full.

It's also good if you enjoy it before sleep. As its benefit, it will make your sleep tight.
