- 200 grs de caraotas blanca, 4 papas 1/2 pimentón rojo, 1/2 pimentón verde, 1 cebolla, 3 dientes de ajo, 3 ajíes dulces, 2 salchichas polacas, 1 zanahoria, 1 ramito de cebollín, 1 ramito de cilantro, sal al gusto, orégano, sabroseador, aceite, agua.
- 200 g of white beans, 4 potatoes, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 green pepper, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 sweet peppers, 2 Polish sausages, 1 carrot, 1 sprig of chives, 1 sprig of coriander, salt to taste, oregano, flavoring agent, oil, water.

- En una olla con suficiente agua hervimos las caraotas por 30 min a fuego medio, agregamos la zanahoria y papas.
