I hope you all had a wonderful week! I had such a great week. It was also my birthday yesterday and I had such a lovely day!
I woke up in the morning to breakfast in bed with my love and a beautiful poem he had written me 🤗
I spent the afternoon with my family and then in the evening went to the most amazing ecstatic dance that my boyfriend had organised. It was held in a very magical space and such special energy and beautiful people to dance with.
I am feeling very blessed and full of gratitude this morning as I write this, I am feeling warm and fuzzy... full of love.
What are you feeling grateful for today? I think its so important everyday to find things we are grateful, for.
Anyway I really wanted to share that with you all,thank you all for being here.

This is the latest question from the wonderful EcoTrain and as we move towards a new year, where we continue to face challenging times ahead, it is a question we should all be thinking very deeply about. The world as we knew it, has changed drastically for so many of us and if ever, there was a time to be proactive, it is now!

What is the best kind of action!? As I'm sure you all know, there are many things that need urgent action in this world, pretty much from A-Z. We could be talking about the environment, poverty, freedom, covid, family, child abuse, religious conflict, education, food and water, government, mental health, nuclear weapons and war, bush fires, health, and much more! There are unlimited ways to take action, although most of us are focused on similar ways such as petitions, public speaking, voting, demonstrating, revolution, blogging, vlogging, interviews, writing letters, and of course taking direct action yourself.

The Chance To Experience Altruistic Change (WHAT IS THE BEST KIND OF ACTION?)
The world is full of stigma and even when people try not to make it seem obvious through their spoken or written words, their facial expressions or gestures, they can't change the fact that it is still existent in their thoughts, and they don't have to actually explain this because majorly, everyone's thoughts are invincible unless it's otherwise expressed.

Power imbalance is a societal issue that affects all aspects of our daily life and it is also a common problem between students in Primary, secondary and tertiary institutions around the world. The power imbalance among students can result to bullying, that is, intentionally hurting someone either by words of mouth or actions. This is often done more than once to cause emotional break down or distress and even physical injuries to their victim.
