It does seem that these days a lot of us are all generally talking about very few different topics. Try as I might, when with friends the topic of conversation almost always gets to Corona virus or one of its related issues like lock downs and vaccines. The same can be said for the mainstream media, who this past year or two have almost forgotten there is a world going on outside of some common themes that have pervaded the headlines. Do you think that we should spend a bit more time talking about something else other than guestimate numbers and statistics? Are there things happening in the world, near or far, that you think are just as, if not more, important?

This is a great opportunity for you to share about a topic that you are passionate about. It really could be anything, and could also be something that you think is really important but maybe others do not. There are so many issues in the world its hard to keep track, with new words and labels arriving almost every day. It could of course be political, and you could speak about a million things like tax, democracy, capitalism, globalism. You may well understand the importance of decentralisation, in which case this is a great opportunity to post about cryptocurrency in general. Why do you think it is important?

There are many groups and cultures and even entire continents living under great duress due to climate change, politics, and the global economic downturn. Many of you here on Hive are from countries that have suffered with violence, and mass inflation. Please, feel free to share your experience of how things have changed in your country in the past years. Then of course, there are those who can not speak for themselves. That is, the children, the animals, the plants, and all life on this planet. Every day countless species are going extinct. The seas are over fished. Pollution is ubiquitous, and humanity is getting very ill.

Perhaps nature is speaking to us, asking us to wake up and start doing things differently and to start thinking differently. I hope your post will shine a light on something that you feel is very important both for you and for humanity as a whole. We come from varied backgrounds here on Hive so I am very interested to see the topics that you choose to write about.
